By Your Side - CD by Gloucester Salvation Army

By Your Side was recorded live in May 2016 by the Band and Songsters of Gloucester Salvation Army in aid of the work of The Salvation Army in Athens. Members of Gloucester Salvation Army, having seen first-hand the efforts being made to support migrants, refugees and those affected by the significant economic crisis in Greece, have been raising funds to help fellow Salvationists in Athens. The work in Athens has also recently featured in the BBC documentary, Paul O'Grady: the Sally Army and Me.

The CD features the Gloucester Salvation Army Band, under the leadership of Cliff Matthews, and Gloucester Salvation Army Songsters, led by Phil Webb, and also includes piano solos by Cliff Matthews and vocal solos by Phil Webb. Copies can be obtained from Gloucester Salvation Army for a minimum donation of £5 towards The Salvation Army's work in Athens (plus P&P where necessary).
